Summer is Coming!

Despite the wet weather, Summer is just around the corner!

June 21st marks the official Summer Solstice (the longest day of the year) and with just over 6 weeks to go, we can't wait for a bit of sunshine.

Don't you think the heli looks even more impressive on a blue sky backdrop? Keep a look out for it in the skies of Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland.

 

The Flying Doctor

Meet Justin Squires. If you’re involved in a road accident, fall off a horse, or injure yourself while out hiking in the Peak District, there’s a good chance that Justin will be flying to your aid. Justin is a doctor for Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance, and he will be working full time with the lifesaving Charity for the rest of the year.
